Protecting British Values – The fight against extremism and radicalisation Radicalisation and extremism can pose a serious threat to any civilised society and in Britain’s case they may challenge and threaten those values that underpin society itself. For this very reason it is important to try and understand the issues associated with radicalisation and extremism.
